It is an Intranet mailing system, that means, it can only send mails to and receive from employees of the company, as enrolled on Profitaa. A click on a mail opens the email with the details.<\/p>\n<p>Sending Mail: Click the \u201cCompose\u201d button on the mail page, on the \u201cTo\u201d field, a list of all enrolled employees appear, select the one(s) you are sending the mail to, you can select more than an employee (recipient). Enter the \u201cSubject\u201d of the mail, on the \u201cReference a Document\u201d, you will be able to select from list of documents you have created using\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/help.profitaa.com\/email-system\/email-communications\/#\">the Documents feature<\/a>\u00a0on the Tools component.
