<\/p>\nFor some Assets, there are activities that need to be record such as Trips (for vehicles) and others. Some may too be used to generate revenues. This can be done via the Asset Activity page. Click the “Activity” button on an Asset Dashboard.<\/p>\n

Enter the activity title e.g Lagos – Benin, select Scope (Default Usage, Lease, Trip), Duration in Hours, Origin (from where e.g. Lagos) to Destination (Benin), the Start and End Date. If there is cost attached to this activity, that is, a Customer is paying for it, select the “record income” to open the options to select a customer to invoice the bill to and the amount.<\/p>\n

What will happen next:<\/strong> <\/p>\n While it may appears Activity is mainly for vehicles and fleets related, it could also be used to document other form of asset activities, for example an building asset is to be leased and other applications.
