On opening an Asset, the dashboard shows summary of activities on the Asset, a buttons to access the properties of the asset. On a wider device like a PC, the asset photo and other details appear on the left pane of the screen.

Asset details such as Acquisition, Cost Management (Depreciation /Amortisation), Locations, Management, Activity, Maintenance, Ledger, End of Life (EOL), Logs can be accessed with the appropriate button.

To view or modify Basic details of Asset, click the Image (by the left) or the ‘Basic’ button. The information window displays the asset details in view mode only, to modify details and photo, use the ellipsis ⋮ icon by the left and click “Edit”. The page will reload with edit ability. Click the photo to update existing Asset photo.
