Contact Groups is an aggregation lists of various types of Contacts on the system. It aggregates and group the contacts (automatically, without your control) according to their types. Contact Groups importance is best seen in Automations when you want to decide messages (SMS/Whatsapp/Email) that are sent from your Profitaa system and on what occasions.

The Contact Group name and type is shown on the table along with the number of Contacts in the respective Group. Its also a quick preview for you to know in a glance, employees total, Customers total, Vendors total and others.
