There are two ways to create a new Customer Account. The default is the “* NEW” button on the Customers page. While the other is from the Quick Mode on Transaction window page.

The New Account window is displayed waiting to capture Customer’s details such as Account Name, Category, Status, Birth Date, Account Officer (select from your list of your Account Officers – refer to Account Officers page), marital and sex. Other details are still available on the next page – Contact Details, click the pane to open it.
You can upload or capture the Customer logo or photo by click the photo icon on the top right corner. After you have completed the New Account form, then click the “Create!” button to create the Customer Account.
