The Customer Wallet system enables you to operate credit and debit operations on a Customer account. During finalizing a transaction, on the payment window, you can select “Wallet” (if enabled) to offset the transaction using Customer wallet. If there is balance amount (credit), it will be deducted to offset the wallet, else, the Customer account will be on debit (if allow debit is enabled).

Credit a Customer Wallet: Click the “Wallet Topping” as shown in the above image, to credit amount to the Customer Wallet. Enter the amount, payment method and other details and click the “Perform” button. Amount will be added to the Customer Wallet balance, which is shown on the page right side.

Also displaying on this page are other Credit operations such as in the case of an Adjustment (refund). The amount refunded will be posted here to the Customer wallet as a Credit and increases the Wallet balance.
