The Customer dashboard of Profitaa shows transactions, payments and a complete summary of the customer’s patronage. The “Invoices” progress is the customer’s invoices total over all other invoices in the system. That is, what their patronage is in percentage. In the image below, this customer patronage amounted to 1.62% of all patronages of the system. Same statistical pattern goes for the payment, wallet and purchases.

The “Account Overview & Status” grid boxes by the right reflect total Investments, Banking Balance (withdrawal vs deposit), Loan Repayments, and Overdue Invoices total. Note, the banking features and loans can be turned off from your Business Unit configuration.

At the right hand side of the dashboard are quick links to the Customer portfolio details including a dropdown menu when you click on the small round icon by the left.

Customer Ledger: A  detail journal entries of all financial activities around the customer, showing all debit and credit figures and related Chart of Accounts entity.
