To edit a Customer account, simply click either the Account Name, or the Profile photo (at the dashboard or at the little round photo on the left). Either option, the Customer information window will appear. On the opened window, observed the highlighted part of the image below:
1. Edit Photo: Click on the Photo Icon to open up the update photo
2. The ⋮ ellipsis (three vertical dots) is an important part of Profitaa you will get used to. It opens up options for a particular function. Click it to open up the Profile menu, you will have to click “Edit” to enable the Customer Profile to be editable. Note, the edit permission has to be on your user account to be able to edit a Customer Profile.

The “Employee?” label: There are some occasions that the customer is also an employee, like in the case of offering loan incentive to the Employee, and you might want to link that. Use that option to find the employee and select the appropriate record.
Customer Preferences: Key decisions on the Customer Account such as SMS and email reminders and wallet transaction options. The “Enable Pay with Wallet…” will allow this customer to enjoy a credit transaction during payment instead of cash payments. The amount will be debited to the customer account which they can clear up later.
Contacts: Relevant records such as Contacts can be linked with a Customer account. Such as “Personal Assistants”, “Attorney” e.t.c Click the + button to open the link Contact window. Find the contact and enter the link then “Save“.

Customer Log: All activities around the Customer account and transactions are logged. This can be accessed via the Customer Log interface which displays the Activity, added note, date/time and user that performed the Activity. There is a lot that can be achieved with Customer Activity Log such as activities relating to disputes, irregularities or just special information you want to append to a Customer Account.
You can add a new activity manually by clicking the + sign to open up the pane. Select an “Activity” type, add a Document from your archive or upload a new topic (if needed), enter your narration on the note and click “SAVE“.

The listed records underneath shows all the Activities logged on the Customer Account.
Verifications: The KYC (Know Your Customer) component is used to verify special component of a Customer Account. Such records are verified against public and government database such as National Identity Number (NIN), Bank Verification Number (BVN) and others. This service attract an additional cost and will be billed to your account as a pending payment. Cost of each verification will display when processing.
