One of the collaboration tools of Profitaa is the Email. It is an Intranet mailing system, that means, it can only send mails to and receive from employees of the company, as enrolled on Profitaa. In the future, we will be able to allow external email capability.

Checking Mail: New mails appear on the notifications (at the top) as well on the mail inbox page. A click on a mail opens the email with the details.
Sending Mail: Click the “Compose” button on the mail page, on the “To” field, a list of all enrolled employees appear, select the one(s) you are sending the mail to, you can select more than an employee (recipient). Enter the “Subject” of the mail, on the “Reference a Document”, you will be able to select from list of documents you have created using the Documents feature on the Tools component. This will be attached to the mail, or attach a separate document from your computer by clicking the “clip” icon.
Enter the message body and then click the SEND when ready.

The mail will be sent to your selected colleague(s) – the recipient. A copy of it will be saved on your “Sent” folder. You may want to learn how to create Documents also
