Payments received on Transactions are accessed via the Payments page. Note, this page is different from the other Expense Payments page which displays payments made on approved Expenditures. Transaction Payments displays payee (Customer), the transaction, payment method, amount, date/time paid. Payments can be sorted by payment methods and status.

Receipts: Transaction receipts can be accessed by clicking the green checked button. The receipt shows are payments entries on that particular transaction, with the most recent at the top. Receipts bears payment method, amount paid, balance amount, balance before payment and other details.

Open a transaction with a balance amount, the “Record a Payment” button will appear.
