When you create an employee record, they automatically have access to the Self-service using their email address and default password: password. However, their access is limited to the self-service but there might be instances where same employee perform some other roles in the system such as Project Manager. In this scenario, the employee dashboard will have another dashboard tab displaying the existence of another role.

Such employee can switch between both dashboards (job dashboard) and self-service dashboard. Each of the dashboard switch also affect the menu items displayed.
