Administrators often select the period to appraise the employee (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Monthly, Fiscal Year) and the appraisal metric (Behaviour, Compliance, Performance, Education, All metrics).

Other valuable information such as strength and weakness discovered, are registered. Including date of evaluation and document backing the process. This appraisal is logged on the employee record and visible to them.
